So, I’ll take a closer look at the new 15-inch MacBook Air and give you all the information you need about its features, specifications, performance, display, battery life, and more.

15-inch MacBook Air design
The 15-inch MacBook has identical specs to the 13-inch MacBook Air (2022), featuring four beautiful colors: midnight, starlight, space gray, and silver.
The MacBook Air is one of the lightest and thinnest laptops on the market. It weighs only 3.3 pounds. Apple even labelled it the thinnest laptop 15-inch available.
Not only that, but it has a large display with a 15.3-inch primary screen and slim 5mm bezels. The display size and weight combine to improve the video consumption experience while maintaining the MacBook Air’s trademark mobility.
In Apple terms, the 15-inch MBA is 40% slimmer and half a pound lighter than most PC laptops on the market.
15-inch MacBook Air: Processor
The 15-inch MacBook Air is equipped with the M2 Chip, which boasts an excellent 8-core CPU, 10-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine and is regarded as one of the most efficient CPUs available today.
The creators claimed that the new 15-inch MacBook Air outperforms the best-selling 15-inch PC notebooks with Core i7 processors by up to two times in speed. That’s extremely impressive!
15-inch MacBook Air display
The new MacBook Air’s 15.3-inch Liquid Retina Display is stunning and large, giving you a wonderful visual experience. It can also display a staggering 1 billion colors, and provide up to 500 nits brightness.
Every piece of material presented on the screen is exceptionally rich and vibrant, thanks to the stunning Liquid Retina display. Furthermore, it outperforms a comparable PC laptop by doubling resolution and increasing brightness by 25%.

This machine is available for $1,299. What’s even more exciting is that students may receive a $100 discount, bringing the total price down to $1,199 when they display their student ID card.
The 13-inch MacBook Pro M2 starts at around the same price as the Air line ($1,299), blurring the distinction between the Air and Pro lines.
That causes some confusion for potential purchasers, and the final decision may come down to screen size! Yeah, I never expected to write that about the Mac lineup, but it is what it is.
When is the best time to switch from a PC to a MacBook Pro?
The 15-inch MBA could be an excellent daily driver. The 15-inch MBA is a great daily driver. It has a large screen, is lightweight and powerful enough to handle routine tasks.
